- Connected them by means of what? Are you sure your connections are
- correct? Generally pulling any input above the supply pin will zap
- them, as will connecting most outputs to +5V or ground. Af course,
- static electricity can do them too, but if you are using a cable?
- that is less likely to be a problem.
